I have always been a healer. Long before I chose my path to becoming a psychotherapist, I was a nurturing caregiver and listener to my community. As a first generation South Asian Indian American, experiencing an array of life altering events, I’ve developed a diverse perspective on the human experience. These experiences, along with my own personal therapy, were formative in generating my approach to counseling.
I whole-heartedly believe that psychotherapy can be both life changing and a route to healing. Every individual has the innate capacity to find peace and healing during hard times. My role is to collaborate and be present with you on this journey. As your therapist, I will work with you toward building a space that is non-judgmental, authentic and an incubator for creative thought.
